The Fireworks

This light photography series was filmed to share a positive message with everyone having a hard time during the COVID-19 pandemic. The difficult situation caused by the spread of the coronavirus has undeniably brought many changes to daily life—masks, restrictions, and vaccination passports, to name just a few. While initially expected to end soon with the release of the vaccine, the pandemic is still an ongoing crisis. With this prolonged situation, people have become exhausted and society has lost its vitality. 

To convey a message of hope and consolation in response to the status quo, I wanted to create an image that reminds people of the fact that they are all loved by someone--and that with this love, they can overcome the hurdles posed by this time of uncertainty.
